I hate, hate, hate the new block editor so much, that for a while I didn’t even post. Despite an 800-person, overwhelmingly negative, response to the idea before they launched it, they went ahead anyway, and now people are selling plug-ins to remove it.
Go to the Posts page here: https://wordpress.com/posts/yoursitesname.wordpress.com
Click on the Views options on the top right corner and click on Classic view.
It will bring you to the interface where you can access Classic Editor. Here’s a screenshot:
Then mouse over the blog post and choose Classic Editor.
Under Add New, you can now choose Classic Editor, and it works.
There may be better ways. I have not found them.
